I'm new to the Genesys Forum. I Have a doubt regarding the column data generated in CCPulse reports. I've been trying to split the contents of the column in the CurrentAgentStatus column.

e.g LoggedOut(01:45:03)

I'm trying to split this single column into LoggedOut and (01:45:03) respectively. I'm able to get LoggedOut seperately, but the seperated duration doesn't match with the actual duration in the CurrentAgentStatus column.

Can anyone please help me with this.
