Filters on Route Point Statistics

Hello,

I have applied filters to a number of statistics within a route point that we use however am unable to collect data on the total_calls_entered figure.  The same filter when applied to calls_answered, Calls_distributed and calls_abandoned returns data.  This has been verified using ccpulse.

I suspect the attached data is not applied within the routing strategy at the entered level?
Upon checking the sipserver log files for a call in thwe route point, the filter ('Activity','Call Type') is identified after:
Event Queued
EventRouteRequest
RequestAttachuserData
EventAttachdataChanged
RequestAttachuserdata (this is the first point the filter I am using is logged)

Thanks,
WA

If the call entered to the RP with the attached data then yes, it will be taken into account, otherwise no. What you can do next is to apply VQ on the targets to get what you need.

Hi PFCCWA,

Reason why calls on RP are not counted in is that Total Calls Entered statistic is based on CallEntered momentary action that occurs when StatServer receives either EventQueued or EventRouteRequest. And there are no UserData available at that moment as these are attached later once a routing strategy is executed.
