GVP transfer problem

I am trying setup the GVP system with Dialogic board, it is behind the PABX and the Diagloic board is connecting to the PABX by line-side T1.

My problem is.. when i do a internal call transfer, the GVP show the following error. But, if i setup the transfer number is between 10 - 11 digits, it is no problem to transfer.... So, I think there should have a parameter to setup the outgoing transfer digit range.. Please help....
