Hello, all,

does anyone know if it is possible to issue a TLib command which would instruct G3 to add a supervisor to an axisting call in monitoring mode?

I have a need to programatically issue a command which would add a supervisor to an inbound call using monitor mode.Does anyone know how to do it?

    • Nevermind, I found it by looking at GSDK document and later confirming with Genesys.

    TMonitorNextCall function allows supervisor to do this.
    Question is would it work on G3?
    Can anyone try it, please?
