Play Announcement and Collect Digits

Hello,

I am struggling with using this function even though it should be easy and straightforward to set up.
It seems to work but when I am checking the logs (SIP/URS) I see attributeCollectedDigits showing as '' - assuming this means it hasnt?

The set up is pretty basic within IRD, play announcement (which does play), wait till treatment end is checked.  There are a number of options available but I have only used Max Digits = 1, and * to reset. 

Or am I better using a GVP/studio script ?  Our requirement is very basic, which is to present the caller with 4 options as part of the announcement and ask them to select 1-4 using their keypad.

Hi,

It seems that DTMF tones are not captured by Stream Manager. Please check Stream Manager's options listed below and configure these accordingly to your media gateway configuration:
- sip-dtmf-method
- sip-send-info
