Email with "router_seats" licenses

Hello!

I would like to know if anyone has planned in having 2 routing solutions: one for voice and another for email. This would allow to be able to restart the email one without affecting the voice interactions in case any issue appears in the email part... or the other way round.. It would be 2 isolated environments.
I have been searching through the Genesys support website but there's nothing mentioning this...
If I had the environment like this one:
ERS_VOICE - Routing_Voice_StatServer / Voice_URS
ERS_EMAIL - Routing_Email_StatServer / Email_URS
when an agent logs in in Voice and Emails. would we consume 2 seat licenses or only one? Is this the same situation as only having one URS (for voice and email)? Can anyone help me?

Kind regards
Francesc

Each URS will consume its own licenses

Please refer to Genesys License Guide where you will find the description of "route_seat" feature.
