Dear All,

We are planning to move from Avaya hosted solution to a SIP based environment. In the new environment we will be using IWS and SIP end point to recieve the calls. Once the agent disconnect the calls we need to send the call to a survey IVR based on a KVP(ent_survey=Y). In the current environment we are configuring 'return destination' on the Avaya VDNs to send the call back to the srvey RP, once agents disconnects the calls.

Can any one please assit me how we can send the calls back to the survey RP from SIP end point (extensions)/IWS after the agent is done withe call.
