I am using a third party application as dektop
I would like to enable data attachment when the call comes in,
as far as i know, when the user calls in IVR prompts the customer to enter a unique digit to identify, when the customer is identified the data is attached and popped into agent desktop.
Is there any other way other than using IVR to bring in between.
Should i be dealing with CME to work on this, please give me an idea

CME is simply the tool that is used to create/edit/delete objects for use within the Genesys Routing Solution. There are very many other applications that are required prior to being able to manipulate attached data. I suggest that you read some white papers on the Genesys website to try and understand some key concepts as I doubt you will be able to understand the answer even if it was given you via this forum.
