Hi, we are a brand new Genesys customer , moving from traditional Aspect ACDs. We are implementing GVP, Infomart, AudioCodes Media Gateways for SIP, SIP servers, CIM. In order to prepare for production, we are looking to talk to existing Genesys customers about the top 10 issues they have experienced while in production needing Genesys support assistance so we can prepare for these scenarios as a start. Would any customers be willing to speak to us ? Thanks

Each scenario is unique, it would be extremely weird if you find some sharing problems among platforms.
However you must check and test stress of your servers and applications like Tomcat on GVP or any other WAS to see how they will handle the stress by live calls and if you use any WS then also stress them. Be sure to control any exception that may raise from the JSP/ASP deployment.
On SIP Server test your network before going live. Test all features even those you assume are by default enabled like DTMF dialing for example.
