GVP 8.1 Using PSTN Connector

Hello All,

I need your help for following, i believe some of you might come across with the same question and implemented GVP 8.1  using PSTN Connector.

We have 3 GVP VCS 7.6 in standalone mode configured with their own TServer_IVR and I-Server and they are working in standalone mode in behind the switch model.

We have to upgrade all 3 Servers to new GVP platform 8.1, i need your help to find out what could be the best way to upgrade all these 3 Servers.

In my opinion, we will have to install PSTN Connector and CTI Connector on all 3 GVP Servers; CTI connector will be working as I-Server client and we don't have to make any changes on CIM integration.

I am confused about how many SIP Server, RM and MCP will be used in this model, keeping the 3 Servers as standalone GVP Servers.

Also, what could be the Inbound call flow, i mean currently the call is routed to GVP Place Group so should we keep the same model?

Appreciate your support here. Thanks a lot.

Regards
NA

Have you thought of involving Genesys Professional Services in this one? Tying to figure out this kind of stuff by your self if you don't have the sufficient experience might come out wrong. Asking questions here is not the best way either.
