RGA in custom reports DO NOT show nothing

In report section I cannot see nothing although I have results and graphs data on the different sections.

I mean: in predefined reports I can see report section with graphs and results "dragged" by Genesys but on "custom reports" not..

Why?, Genesys say that on some way I could custom and show the report section....anybody know how?????

Thanks....it's urgent to resolve this

    • Hi Gabriel, for this case you must change genesys, please Mr. Benaitez is the best persons to resolve this problem
