Chat Server Issue

when I tried to start a chat session, I got the following error msg,  but chat server is running , status is correct.
com.genesyslab.webapi.core.LoadBalancerException: Object has not been initialized

I also tried email functionality, and got similar error msg, email server also run properly.

has anyone experienced similar issue?

Well the exception says itself:
LoadBalancerException...what have you configured about this? Something or nothing at all?

Have chat servers switched role? This error message means,that the WebAPI server cannot initialize connection to the chatserver - there may be multiple reasons for this message,ie.network issue,application stop,..
