Seems CCPulse 8 is the one...should I open an eSR about 7.5? What do you say?

Cav,

what version of CCPulse are you running?

Have you checked this out?
==
CCPulse+ does not update the Real-Time view when changes not affecting group membership are made in Configuration Server to members of a group (Agent Group, DN Group, or Place Group). This also occurs with Virtual Agent Group dynamic membership Real-Time view when agent application changes are not affecting membership. (ER# 244674880)
Found In:  8.0.000.28

Hey Fra,
I'm running 7.5.100.21
I quite don't understand that statement...
[/quote]

Cav,
my understanding is that snippet I posted from CCPulse Release Notes indicates there's a bug in the first 8.0 version that affects its ability to display real-time changes to objects that are part of a group. My guess is that actually even the latest 7.5 version, which is what you were running, is affected by the same issue.

I wouldn't be bothered to raise a SR, unless you do want it fixed in the 7.5 stream (perhaps you want to run a StatServer 7.x - CCPulse 7.x env?).

Cav,

Is there any firewall between CCPulse/GAD and Configuration Server? If there is then I would check its configuration as it's quite typical for firewall to drop idle connections without notifying endpoints. And connection to Configuration Server is idle most of the time as changes are not made every minute...

in which case I apologize. I thought this is a problem at all applications and not just CCPulse - as you wrote at the start of topic. Try to upgrade CCPulse+ to R8.0,last patch.

Well after more testings seems not complete solution...going to attack OXE releases...seems something is wrong there...

Thanks

That's nonsense. OXE does not tracking and generate changes in CME.

Well you will see, I register a DN on OXE, OXE sends to me by some reason OutofService, this DNs are not reflected on CCPulse. If I add a dummy place it appears on CCPulse.
I login an agent on another Place it doesn't login on OXE but yes on Genesys (WTF? like if ACD Position was ignored) therefore Genesys shows something and nothing happens on agents phone.
I know it is like missing the initial topic but as I go deeper more shit comes out...

Try to sniff network communications on server where the statserver runs. If statserver sends packets to the CCPulse app,is problem on other part(network,firewall,..)

Well OXE seems buggy...complains about license monitoring limit but another section says it is ok...
Doing a reset of OXE and crossing fingers...release notes of it on last patch mention a lot of CSTA issues...

Cav,
I had some issue and I can fix after restart of StatServers and T-Servers SIP.
Generally the issue start after some network error, the Applications "freeze" for new changes.

Tried that already like 3 times and same behaviour. Seems OXE issue, tonight doing a PBX upgrade...lets hope it works
