Hi All,
We are using ERS 6.5 and route calls to Agent Groups.
Does anybody know a wallboard software that can be linked to Genesys T or Stat Server to provide informations about Agents, queue, etc. to wallboards panels?
Thanks

u can also use the CCPulse, set a threshold to write the valuse u need to a text file. Ur wallboard software can then pick the info from a text file

There are a couple that are out there; the one that I have experience with is Symon 2000. It connects directly to the StatServer or to the GIS interface.
It's better than our old system, because we can direct which statistics appear on which wallboards. So far, the business group is happy with it...

If I'm not too late ...

I have developed a desktop readerboard application that may be of interest to you. My application:

Displays up to 16 queues in a continually revolving display
Allows individual agent statistics to be monitored, ie; number of calls answered, total busy time, average handle time, etc
Supports 3 priorities of text messages that can be sent by supervisors to agents via the desktop readerboard.

  • Hi,

Symon Wallbaords got together with Genesys and created an interface.
I wrote one before Symon did and it worked great until 6.x came out.
I would give Symon a buzz.
