Hi All,

Good day...!

Am facing problem in IWS Supervisor monitoring & coaching. I have configured  the agent extension with below options as per sip server deployment documents. Also i have added the supervisor id('prems') into the agentgroup as supervisor in cme. We are using media server(MCP) & enabled local recording. And "conference" is exists in the list of service-types in your MCPGroup config.

MonitorMode = normal
MonitorScope = agent
transfer-complete-by-refer=false
refer-enabled=false

When i start monitor the calls from the supervisor id('prems') then agent1(agent1 is logged on 3802) & customer call is disconnecting. In the Tserver logs, it showing " Step 0 - SipTransactionConferenceParty(568348) aborted because of '1pcc service release". We couldn't find any clue from this error. Anyone please help me to close this issue.
