Hi,
I am in the process of evaluating which CTI software will be the best for our multi site environment. Does somebody have a report or something which compares various products in the market on functionality,price etc.?
If you are willing to share that, pls let me know

    the comparison chart you are asking for can be very deceptive. When we have tried to compare several different vendors several months ago when we needed to decide on the system for our centre, we found that it all depends on what kind of solution you would like to implement, how big of the centre you are thinking of implementing it to and how much of a timeframe you have for the implementation.

    I will be happy to email you our chart, but could you please tell us basic idea about what kind of centre you are having in mind? What kind of PBX do you already have? What would you like your centre to do, and so on...

    This way, it would be easier for us to answer.

    We have a multisite call center (3 call centers in the US) and right now we are using ACD based routing in all of them. We are looking at integrating the call centers with a single CTI solution and use them for both inbound and outbound calls. We have around 700 seats combined in all the call centers and the PBXs we are using are Siemens HiCOM 500.
    It would be helpful if you can email me your chart and give me some inputs on selecting the product.
