Outbound Contact Solution

Hello,

I am setting up an outbound contact solution, but am trying to determine which applications should be part of this based on our set up.
We are using Outbound 8, with GVP as the media server, with SIP 8, Statserver 8, DBServer 8 and the resource manager (8.1.2).

Do I therefore have this as the solution?
SIPServer priority 1, true
OCS DBServer priority 2, false
Message Server 3, true
Statserver 3, false
OCS 4, false

As Im using resource manager and media server (mcp) - should I include these? If so what priority? There is a section within oc deployment guide but does not mention rm or mcp.

If you use MCP and RM only for OCS(ie CPD) that include it to the OCS solution. I guess,that the priority should be:

1.Message Server
2.OCS DB Server
3.SIP Server
4.Stat Server
5.OCS
6.GVP RM
7.GVP MCP

If you use RM or MCP for other services,I recommend to you include GVP components to the GVP solution,not to OCS.
