Hi, I'm about to start an outbound team making sales calls and I need the Agents to be able to mark each call with both a business outcome (Sale/No Sale/Call Complete etc) and a detailed outcome (Sale - Price, No Sale - Price) etc

I can't seem to figure out how to do this but can see it's been done before by using the user_defined fields.

Can anyone help? Very new to this.

Using formats create a new one based on the default_7 format and add 2 new fields for type string, now create a calling list/table access with this new format.
On the annex tab add default section and option/value = send_attribute/sales_out or whatever name you want for each field (unique names for each one) and now launch your campaing. If using GAD agents will see the new fields and will be able to write down whatever they want which will be populated on the calling list table.
NO way to do a drop down list or whatever.

You can also create some business attribute to create a list of Business Call Results but will be only 1 and you need 2 types, therefore userfields are more usefull
