Does anyone have the problem with Strategy Builder that when you want to add a Force, that it doesn't seem to select it? I want
to be able to send a call without a CLI to another number, and i think force is the only way to do this when this number isn't part of the genesys environment.

Strategy Builder only lets you place Force Route after only a very few objects. Try placing it after an IFstatement. It should do the trick.

  • Thanks for the info, i'll try that. Another question, are there any other ways besides force to route the call to a number (for example a 1800/1900 number)?

See my response to 'Tromboning'. You can also get IN to test if a CLI/ANI is available, and if not, route to an alternate destination.
