We have TServer 8.1 and Avaya CM.
call enters a VDN1, after X seconds Queue time, we offer caller to press1, URS routerequest to send call to a VDN2 with script to collect Digits, adj route after collecting, in routing strategy, we use CED[] to collect digit, everything works perfectly so far. if caller press1, CED[] returns 1 and moves on to complete press 1 target (such as change to a different language).
issue arises when press 1 is offered again either the call is put back into queue or maybe in the same call segment, another press 1 is offered (such as going to voicemail). previous press1(CED=1) does not seem to clear, therefore, 2nd press1 option, if caller does not press any digit, CED[] would automatically getting 1 (since previous 1, as attributecollectedigit = 1 never clears).
Has anyone had same issue? any solutions? Thanks in advance.

It is irritating to see how totally amateurs and beginners work with Genesys. On this way Genesys go to hell

And Kubig, you are new on the forum lol we already saw this happening, and learned to manage the anger (not every time) and that is why we missed some buddies on the way...good ones
Chill down man, there is nothing we can do about it

The issue is that as long as they can do NEXT NEXT NEXT they think Genesys is installed...well it is...configuration and fine tuning and a good deployment is the tricky part and a correct use of the whole system
Then comes this sort of problems which are actually not the posters fault but his employers and Genesys by lowering down the quality of certifications. Again, we discussed this long long ago.
At least he comes for help and if we can we can teach him and hope he will learn on the way ;)
