I have always posted this problem but anybody could answer.
Well, we are using a Siemens Hicom 300 and Callbridge 4.1. It happens that all the call supposed outbound are seen on CCPulse and CCA as calldialing and never change this status to outbound.

We investigated this and all indicates that it's a Hicom limitation but I want to know if anybody had this problem

  • This is definately a limitation of Hicom. There are patches which can applied by Siemens to ensure that Hicom will work on Networks containing the new HiPath these do recognize the difference between outbound and dialling sequences.

    Request some information on Hicom/HiPath compatibility patches...
