i know there is a book by genesys, can you guys please let me know the name of the book so i can download from support site

Well Sir,
no ducument will ever tell you "Hey! To solve this click here!"...it is like a doctor, you need to learn how the human body works so you can diagnose and then fix. Now you have to learn what happens on the body when you eat poison and learn what to do.
Read the logs, understand the callflow and compare with others. No one can do a brain or experience transplant.
