CC Pulse extremely large font

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and am stuck on a strange CC Pulse issue. I have searched Google and this Forum for an answer but I am striking out.  The issue I am running into is - CC Pulse has extremely large font if more than one user on the machine tries to access the application. 

My Process so far:
I installed Genesys Runtime and CC Pulse 7.5.100.18.  I granted each user admin rights and rights to the ‘GCTI’ folder under HKEY Current User and HKEY Local Machine. CC Pulse works fine under the user’s profile that I installed the software on, but if any other users logon the font for the Columns and Rows is so big that you can’t read anything. I uninstalled\reinstalled the applications under one of the other users profiles and CC Pulse now works for them but all other users have the large font including my original profile.  Please see attached screen shots

Text,column and other user settings is based on registry edit, so read the doc and configure all properly,according to the doc.

Sorry I should have included that in my original post. I found the GridFontSize and other attributes in my original Google search. Under both profiles (correct font and extremely large font) I compared the settings under HKEY_Current_User->Software->GCTI->CallCenter->Attributes. They were all set to 0 but I decided to exported the Registry from the correct font size profile and imported it to the large font profile. After a reboot the issue persists.  Am I missing something else in the registry?

What OS is it? Did you try to use a newer version of CCPulse app? Did you try to reinstall or install on other machines?

The machines are all Windows XP Professional 32 Bit Service Pack 3. i have tried both versions that we have available 7.5.000.06 and  7.5.100.18.  For some reason we are running into this issue on all of our Windows XP machines but the issue doesn’t seem to be as prominent on Windows 7 32 bit SP 1
