Unable to install VoiceMail on windowserv​er 2008 64bit

We are using Windows server 2008 R2 X64 Edition. We are facing problem in voicemail installation(CompleteInstall). We have verified the voicemail deployment guide. But still we couldn't find the issue.

Error Message :

1.Cannot install Local Control Agent Application:
check the existence of 'setup.exe' file or IP Folder:
Path to IP folder : Windows\lca


2.Cannot install Local Control Agent Application:
Check path to the 'Genesys_silent .ini'configuration file.


3.Can not install VP Resource manager application:
Check the existance of 'setup.exe' file or IP Folder:
Path to IP folder: windows\gvp_rm


4.Can not install VP Resource manager application:
Check path to the 'Genesys_silent .ini'configuration file.


5.Cannot install VP Media Control Platform Application:
check existance of 'setup.exe' file or IP Folder:
path to IP folder:windows\gvp_mcp


6.Cannot install VP Media Control Platform Application:
Check path to the 'Genesys_silent .ini'configuration file.


7.Can not install SIP Voicemail server Application.
Check theexistance of 'set up .exe' file or IP folder
Path to IP folder:windows\sip_vm_server


8.Can not install SIP Voicemail server Application.
Check path to the 'Genesys_silent .ini'configuration file.


9.Can not install SIP server Application.

10.Can not install SIP server Application.

I think that the error message tell all about requirements.. How did you do deployment - manual or via GA? Did you deploy other component as a whole FW,media layer,etc.?

PS: It is amazing, that you are lost, when you are guru of genesys supprt :-)

Try installing components manually as Kubig suggested - it works perfectly
