Environment Control / Version / Compare

Hi guys,
Im looking at managing a large scale Genesys deployment, and am looking at a solution for managing the environments in terms of genesys configuration, app versions, harware/OS etc.  Also looking for a way to compare different environments for syncronisation purposes.  Ideally, ability to produce difference reports where we can home in on the things we need to address to achieve sync.

Any recommendations or experiences from you gus would be much appreciated :-)

Not sure - try Jason at The Black Chair... Last I knew they were developing [i]Spotlight[/i], which is of and around Genesys configuration and such....

check out http://www.auditgen.com/  and http://www.auditgen.com/en/technical-audit, you'll find out how easily you can compare application configuration between environments and highlights differences in Genesys familiar tabs and in your custom colours to track all discrepancies (added, modified or missing options)

I do not understand what you want. Genesys still has tools for management Genesys solution (from small to large) or you can write/develop your own app via PSDK for example. Do not reinvent wheel
