I have been asked to setup a sliding Service Factor statistic and am having some difficulty doing this. I would appreciate some help.

Normally a Service Factor statistic uses a Growing interval type to reflect the accumulating service factor during a given day. In addition to this, I have been asked to configure a CC Pulse statistic for that reflects the Service Factor that has been achieved over the previous 30 minutes. Comparing the standard Service Factor statistic with a sliding Service Factor statistic will enable my customer to tell if the Service Factor is trending positively or negatively.

I've spent some time experimenting with various ways to achieve this but am stuck on the fact that CCPulse does not seem to allow a Sliding Interval to be specified for a Service Factor statistic. As soon as you change the Interval Type to Sliding, the OK button of the Statistic Properties is disabled.

Can someone tell me if a statistic that reflects service factor achieved over the previous 30 minutes is feasible (and valid) to create.

If so, can you give me some pointers on how to do this??

Thanks
