Delay in transferring outbound call to agent and no CPD

Hello,

I am trying to establish where the issue lies when cpd is no longer being performed on our platform.
We are using SIP 8.0, GVP MCP (for cpd) 8.1.5, RM 8.1.5, OCS 8.1 (GAD 7.6.4/IWS 8.1.4) - on a Avaya media gateway.
It worked fine not so long ago..
now when the dialled party answers there is an approximate delay of about 24/25 seconds before the call is routed to the agent (skilled based routing/ird).
There is also no cpd on answer machines/fax/SIT/busy anymore - answer machines route to agent, after the delay as do fax.
SIT tone results have a no answer outcome.
I have checked sip/urs logs and can see the delay between the events:

on trunkgroup:
RequestMakePredictiveCall - made at 14:36:08
EventDialing- made at 14:36:08
EventNetworkReached- made at 14:36:08
EventEstablished- made at 14:37:32
RequestSingleStepTransfer - made at 14:37:32
EventReleased - made at 14:37:32

on route point:
EventQueued - made at 14:37:36
EventDiverted - made at 14:37:37

on agent:
EventRinging  - made at 14:37:37
EventEstablished - made at 14:37:37

Could the media gateway be causing this delay?
I can dial manually without problem and inbound calls are fine.

thanks,

Offline René

Hi,

It would be necessary to see the logs but issue could be caused either by the media gateway or by MCP doing CPD.

Could you post here logs of SIP Server and MCP?
