Infomarts does not use StatServer. Infomart uses ICON. ICON is a fancy new way to call concentrator, only with a different (and much more interesting) architecture. 

And of course, ICON gets the data directly from T-Server.

Anyway, I am already so lost as to what I am answering...

ICON is Call Concentrator for all Interaction types and there is a "flavour" for the major Solutions (Voice, Multimedia, GVP, etc.).

The original question was related to the StatServer "Database", which we established only exists if you think of a DBServer/DAP associated with it.
