Hello,
We are trying to route chat sessions to agents (model set up) however when initiating the chat sample, it is not routing to the agent.
This is most likely to be a configuration issue so am trying to determine where and what is required.
I have an agent logged in.
The agent has a capacity rule ('default one media allows more than one interaction').
The agent has a login ID (that is set up in the multimedia switch agent logins folder.
I have a place (called Agent1Place), no DNs associated with it.
The place has a capacity rule (same one as agent).
The agent is logged in using the agent1place and with chat selected.
All applications are started and running with connections as per deployment and reference manual.
When the chat sample is initiated, nothing happens on the GAD side.
URS shows the agent as being invalid with interaction id error :
