I would like to use the statistic ExpectedWaiting Time on a virtual queue. I have a Tserver Symposium 6.1, and when I set this statistic, statServer always returns me 90sec. Could you tell me why ?

Thanks to all of you

Here after are 3 different values returned by ExpectedWaitTime statistics:

All agents are busy and no call is waiting in the VQ: ExpWaitTime=0
All agents are busy and at least one call is in the VQ: Calculated wait time in seconds
No call is distributed yet from the VQ: ExpWaitTime=90

  • I have found a option in StatServer IgnoreOffHookOnPosition. If I set it to yes, I have correct values
