TServer crashes on G3

Hi, all, I have a major problem with a TServer 6.5.306 for G3 running on Solaris 2.8.:

We are operating on an enterprise class switch, so we are not using all of the DNs for our center. Unfortunately, it seems like TServer crashes when there is an event regarding a DN or ACD split not registered in CME.

The error looks like this:
WARNING: Non internal originating DN (Sat Mar 01 09:06:30 2003.416 Standard CTISVM TServer_SBB GCTI02024 OS signal SIGSEGV received
@09:06:30.4164 [2024] Signal SIGSEGV received
- Call stack dump - pc=ffffffff7e83c0dc sp=ffffffff7fffce30 -
ffffffff7e83c0dc ??(0,33d343..)
- end of dump -

I do not recall reading anywhere that G3 needed all DNs and ACD splits registered. On top of that, I distinctly recall using 5.x and 6.1 TServer for G3 without having all DNs registered in CME.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so, hgow did you deal with it?

Thanks,
Vic

  • Vichave Genesys issue you a hot patch. The problem that you are experiencing is caused by the new logging library enclosed with your release.
