Transfert to CDN with Symposium

Hello,

I use TServer for symposium 6.5
Sometime, when I use the mute transfer method (2step) to transfer a call to a cdn, the Symposium fails to execute the transfer. Does anyone knows why a transfer could fail ? How could I set the traces on the syposium to understand what's happen ?

Thanks

David

Here are the logs when I try to transfer to CDN 5858

Interesting... I thought mute transfer was a onestep transer and I don't think Symposium link supports it. Can someone back me up on it, please?

Silly point but I assume you have:

mutexfermethod set to 2step
origcallxferinit set to xfer (if Meridian rls23 or above) in TServer.

  • Hello,

In fact, I use a TTransfertinit to initiate a transfert to a CDN.

In config Manager, I have mutexfermethod set at 2step, and origcallxferinit set at xfer

    Thank you for your help
