Hello,

I have a customer who wants to develop custom desktop with softphone functionality.
They previously did the same and used Agent AIL (7.2) however want to create new one with latest SDK.

On checking the genesys care site, the agent interaction SDK is v7.6.6 however on search in articles there is option of enterprise sdk on v8? I cannot find this in downloads, or not in any obvious location anyway.
Which should I offer to customer to build their desktop?
Based on their choice can we just provide the libraries/code samples from the download (after installing).  I understand we would need to create host and application objects in CME to monitor it - pending lca install in servers.

You need a license and access to Universal SDK or PSDK at least.
Talk to your Genesys guy so he can drive you better on what your customer can and can't use.
