Hey guys,
Having KM on a couple of Win2008, my issue is that the login screen is always blank, meaning, KM is not saving the used login data and credentials...any idea where should they be? Tried to start as Admin but then got errors about missing libraries...

Did you try to run KM as an Administrator?

Sorry, I have missed your statement about running under admin :-) And what exactly the error message says?

Hi,

I have seen the blank screen to - it is because user does not have change permission on the files hosts.conf and hostStore.conf in the directory where KM is installed. So the info is not saved.
You can edit the files manually or change permissions.

Success! I saw no files created, so granted to my user full permissions on the KM installation folder, files created after that. Thanks again cata!
