Third Party IVR Driver Integration

Hello,

We are looking to integrate Genesys with a third party ivr and wanted to verify that an ivr driver is not provided by Genesys, unless it is MPS or WVR?
In this case the third party will develop the driver and we will just need to create the ivr driver application in cme which contains driver working directory/command line/args (with third party template?) plus other required objects (ivr t-server/iserver/host/dns/vtps etc) so can be monitored.
I also noticed this third party is not listed in the ivr types however there is 'Other IVR Type' option so assume ill need to select this.
Integration would be Avaya-Genesys.

thanks.

Up to 8.0, Genesys used to provide the IVR driver for Conversant and Edify as well.

Hi,

Recently worked on a project where we needed to develop a custom IVR driver for Voxeo. All works fine and it is not rocket science.
