Any idea where to start the investigation for a whole site ccpulse workstations crashing?
CCPulse 8.1
Statserver 8.1
There are no obvious issues leading up to the crash.  Network guys have carried out wireshark trace and cant find any faults or indication on the network - all other applications and services running as normal.  No errors in the statserver_ccpulse application.
Nothing in the workstations Event Logs?

Can anyone think of anywhere else there maybe relevant logs to try and locate the cause of the crash?

Thanks in advance for your time and advise.

Yes.  Anti-Virus software.  There are some threads on the Forum about this... perhaps do a quick search?

Also upgrade to last version
Last version of CCPulse allows log generation on PCs

Also, depending on the size of the workspace, alerts, thresholds, etc, check memory usage and paging file. CCPulse uses a lot of memory, but I have had cases where to big of CCPulse taking up all the memory and causing crashes.
