dynamic caller id for oubound calls

hello,
I solve one task

Conditions:  We are connected directly from Genesys SIP server to SIP provider. SIP provider gave us for this SIP TRUNK range of Caller ID numbers (for example :777 888 600 - 777 888 699). So customers can call one hundred different phone number to rich to our company and we are able to present with one hundred different Caller ID numbers to customer.

What I need:

When we call to customer via OCS (campaign) I need dynamically change my CallerID from this particularly range (777 888 900 - 777 888 999). So first call will be with CallerID 777 888 982, second call with CallerID 777 888 911 and so on.

I do not know, if I am able to do this in Genesys Platform.

Have you met with this someone?

You can also dynamically adjust CPNDigits attribute in scxml before the call is dialed. In the past I have included a custom field in my calling list representing the number I want to out pulse for a record. You can set it with scxml (advanced treatments) before the call then switch back to standard treatments before the dial happens. There are scxml examples shipped with ocs that show this functionality.

All will work as long as your carrier allows it. If you do everything and still getting only the header then you need to ask them if they allow you to do it
