Hi, I´m having some trouble with WDE when using Contact Directory.

Contact Directory is working fine, if with agent A, I go to "My Contact Directory" and I add a new client for example, I can save it and then if I log agent B, and go to "My Contact Directory" I  can see the client added by previous agent (out of the box behaviour). I can call a contact directly through "My Contact Directory" window, so this is working fine. But in the main WDE bar, when I look for a contact, only Genesys using contacts appear. If i want to search for the surname of the client i have added through my contact directory, it says "Error retrieving Contacts". In the WDE log it says "Error retrieving contacts State=false".

Does anyone know how to solve this, because it´s so unconfortable to have to enter My Contact Directory to look for the contact and then call...
