Siebel CTI with GPlus and VMware VDI

Hello there,
I need some help from you :-)

Actually we have Siebel 7.8 with Gplus adapter used with hoteling feature,
and we are going to implement a VMware VDI solution for our customer care.

In this situation the teleset wil be associated to the zero client hostname,
but the Siebel CTI "see" the name of the virtual machine.

VMWare puts the zeroclient hostname in the environment variable named "ViewClient_Machine_Name".
Is there any way to make the siebel CTI reading this value and using that for hoteling?

Has someone implemented a VDI solution with siebel CTI and gplus?

Thank you very much!

Short answer:
GPlus is a compiled solution
VDI is not supported
No way to change working method unfortunately

Thank you cavagnaro.

Another solution is to develop something that can update the teleset-host association on the fly.
This operation should be done both on siebel and genesys.

Is ther any webservice or api that allow changing the host for a teleset on genesys configuration?

Again, no. Closed code not intended to do that.
No VDI support...
