Hehe well sort of...GVP is more friendly and documented ;)
Hey Flavio,
I just did some reverse job on the app they have and well still confused.

Hope you can answer some questions as I have ZERO documentation...
1. Can it handle Apps per DNIS? Meaning, I see only 1 APP running (made on VB6) and then inside it has like sub-flows which based on CTI data it triggers one or the other. You may know in GVP and many other IVRs we create a DNIS profile and then launch an APP.
2. Any documentation for SDK you know or have? Or any documentation at all? Hehe..I found some docs but from 1998...so...very old and not accurate
3. Any Java support? I found a JAR but no documentation...don't know if it works and if so, how?

Thanks!

sup cavagnaro...

i see your point and understand your confusion, that is actually a very old software. they now have a new that support Java they call it 'Talker Java', but the talker V does not.

think about Talker in a IVR that is not integrated in the same way as GVP, in the Talker you must have a 'plugin' called SGEN, so it will talk with TServerIVR throught IServer port and exchange attach-data.

just an example:

In-front configuration:

PSTN > E1 > Vtalk (Talker software) > application VB6 > SGEN > TServerIVR > Routing Point (TServer) > destination (Agent/place/skill/whatever...)

I will try to get the docs here and send to you (if anyone asks i did not sent  :P).

send me your email so i can send only to you if possible.

cheers,
