Facebook private-messaging trouble

Hi guys,

we installed Social Message server and configured it, but we have problems with private-messaging!
facebook media is fine!

when i try to get a trace of the strategy, the interaction does not even come (private)
we configure the Chat Server as well, and use the page ID token but still nothing!

any idea?
maybe i need to ask Genesys customer care a permission for the token ?

Ermm...like yeah...did you follow all API integration steps required? What does SM server says?
