CC Pulse filters

Does anyone know if you have filters setup in CCPulse for the same queue but for different views in CC Pulse for call report, is there a way that you know of that you can see one view of all.


For example, We have one queue that is the same for a bunch of groups but need to see the statistics for that queue broken into each individual group.

Example: Queue=gold and groups= a, b, c.

Is there a way you can see one view of the gold queue with a, b, and c broken up below it? We have it now but it is three different views and not one individual view.

The simplest way (but not the smartest) that I can think of would mean adding a filter for a particular attach data, like for example, Prm14="Gold" or Prm15="Silver". This way, you can create a filter in stat Server like PairExists(Prm14,"Gold") and then you could apply it to your CCP statistics and then it would show you ACD statistics but only for "Gold" group.

Of course, if you are using URS you could then define virtual queues and makes life a lot easier for yourself Are you using URS?
