How to map a pstn number to a route point and where in Genesys can I find which RP mapped to which psnt? Thanks

Ask your pbx guys. God knows which pbx you have and which configuration on it

You need to have your Cisco guys setup calling search spaces, partitions etc, assign to a gateway/endpoint/trunk then setup a translation pattern that routes to a CTI route point that is monitored by the Cisco T Server.  Normally the mapping is done in Cisco to a route point but I have seen environments where the implementors set the Route Point DN to match the PSTN DDI number.
