The Recorder Integration Service has lost communication with IP Recorder

Hi all,
I install Verint Recording on my lab
I just configure voice recording using Recorder Manager
however, it occur issue communicate between Integration Service and Recorders via internal NGA protocol
The both service : Recorder service and Recorder Integration Service still running on Recorder machine
I check Integration service log faced some error :

Hope this finds you well. It's been a while since you have posted the issue, hope you were able to get the help you needed.

I need to install the Verint Voice Recorder. Would it be possible to share the steps to install it? Also, how do I get the installer?
