Hi All,

When I try to login to CCPulse with the CCP stat server, I could not instead if I give the config server, I am able to login. How will I tell CCPulse to connect to Stat server instead of Config server while logging in?

Ah? You don't. Only login layer os configuration layer, therefore config server.
When you create a workspace at ccpulse then you select which StatServer you want to use.

Hi Cavaganro,

but for some users with same profile configuration in CME, they are able to login to CCPulse with StatServer as host. So was wondering what could be the problem..

In this case, on the server where the SS is running must the Configuration server runs as well. There is no other option, because of you can login only against Configuration Server.

Screenshot or never happen because even by application name would make no sense.

A little knowledge on how Genesys works in general.  To log in to a GUI application such as CCPulse, the login happens like this:

1 - User enters username, password, application name, configuration server host, and configuration server port.
2 - This information is sent to the configuration server.
3 - Configuration server returns the configuration for the application specified.
4 - The application starts with those parameters.

There are no exceptions to this process.  When you log in to CCPulse, you MUST provide the configuration server (or proxy) in the host / port parameters.  If you provide a stat server host / port the application simply will not work.
