Hi ,
We are trying to integrate chat in Siebel through Genesys web api. When the chat is initiated from the web page , I can see the notification on the Siebel CTI Toolbar and Agent is able to accept the interaction and is navigating to the proper screen in Siebel. So the integration is working fine
The issue is - The chat message from Agent to Customer or vice versa is displaying on the Siebel Browser only and not showing on the Chat Transcript Area on the Siebel Screen.

Please provide help
