Push preview agent mapping

Hi friends,

We are using push preview user id mapping in IRD so call are routed using user id. First 3000 records mapped to user 1. 100 calls are getting retrived. so,only user 1 getting the call pop up other user can get the call after 3000 records. So how to tell OCS retrive the record in user basics....Like ecah user each records need to retrive.

Kindly provide some ideas.

Cant, you will need to create a campaign for each. Such behavior is not OCS designed for. You want a queue handler not an Outbound solution

shall i use one campaign with multiple calling list so i can manage the campaign very esaily. I have tested it . It's working as expected. but, i need to know wheather is there any difficulty i will face later.
