Dialing out to customer from SIPS through CISCO CUCM

Hi all,

I am facing an issue when trying to dial out from genesys SIPS through CISCO CUCM. And when i dial out from Workspace, the call gets disconnected saying "The call destination is invalid". I have configured trunks between Genesys SIP and CUCM to dial the internal extensions of CUCM. However the outgoing calls through CUCM is not working.

The trunk is configured with the following options.

[TServer]
contact = 172.16.101.11:5060
oos-check = 30
oos-force = 10
prefix = 77
recorvery-timeout = 5
refer-enabled = false
replace-prefix =

On analyzing the SIP logs, i can find that the SIPS is sending INVITE message to CUCM. However, CUCM is responding back with "404 Not Found"

Did anyone face an issue like this? If so, please enlighten me the reason for this as the CUCM resource is saying that they have configured trunk at their end to receive calls from Genesys SIP server.

Below is the excerpt from SIP logs

Need to check the CUCM level to find out why the CUCM rejecting the call with :

It can be caused by incorrect CUCM configuration (outgoing trunks, prefixes, etc.)

Check route patterns too in CUCM.  Don't assume the call will go out the same route groups your Device Pools use.

Very likely that route patterns are not correct: CUCM responded with Q.850 - cause 1, which means the number is unassigned / not allocated.
