Email Interaction Queues

How to configure the interaction queue stats for the EMail Queues.  ?
That is the Java extension files in the stat server. And to be monitored in the CCPulse.

Try to explain little bit more...

In general, just set the StatServer to use the EmailExtension jar file and configure the Java-based statistics which do you want to report/retrieve. There are no special procedure to implement it, just follow the available documentation, where is all described in great detail!

We need put the java extension files in the  stat server installation java folder. And we need to create the stat in the CME. And we need to built the template in the CCPulse. Whether Java category [b]category [/b] will be available in the template creation.
And where do we want to set the Java option to true.
