LDAPS Authentication problem

Hi all,

Genesys 8.1

Trying to set the LDAPS authentication. I was able to successfully authentication using LDAP so my LDAP-URL, app-user and pass are ok.
when I set my LDAP-URL for LDAPS with port 636 and my cacert-path I get error "unknown" when I try to log in.

log says: 11:07:26.992 Std 24100 External authentication server [ldaps://mydc.bla.bla:636/OU=bla,DC=,DC=bla??sub?(CN=X)] unavailable. 
11:07:27.367 Std 22122 Client 484 failed to get authorization. Name [default], type [SCE], user [*****], address [***.***.***.***:58714]. Reason : Unknown

Tested the LDAPS via powershell and LDP and works fine.

any ideas?
